RN Behavioral Health CM - Sunrise

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Manage an assigned caseload telephonically for clients with substance abuse
• Assess client needs, develop, and implement service and treatment plans
• Coordinate community resources and collaborate with IDT team to meet and achieve service needs

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years of Psychiatric Nursing experience
• Experience with both adult and pediatric populations in psych settings
• Experience with substance abuse populations

Hours for this Position:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
