Express Employment Professionals  is looking for experienced Quality Technicians to work in the Fort Pierce area.

What we are looking for:

Responsible for audits of finished product, inspection of received materials, non-conforming materials, vendor corrective action, test instrument calibrations, customer returns, warranty administration, and investigation of customer complaints.

Is a Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM job.

Duties:

  • Performs activities to ensure adequate quality of products and systems. These activities and systems include: audits of finished products , receiving inspection , vendor corrective action, internal corrective action, tester evaluation and qualifying, test procedure development, test instrument calibration, and prevention programs. 20%
  • Assists line supervisors in resolving quality related problems with machines and parts by checking them against established engineering standards and initiates actions necessary for their resolutions. 20%
  • Adequately interprets the requirements for and maintains the necessary Quality Assurance records. 20%
  • Pursues and resolves quality related problems pertaining to returned goods and warranty. 20%
  • Performs audits of the quality system for conformance to the ISO 9000 standard. 5%
  • Performs the requirements of ISO 9000 Program Manager per the standard. 5%
  • Assists customers in resolving quality related problems with the machines and parts by determining the cause and solution acceptable to both the customer and Clarke. 5%
  • Track and report warranty costs and trends. 5%
