If you are an Engineering professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Reynosa, Mexico location, you will provide direction, advice and assistance to production personnel to ensure that the finished product meets the requirements of Engineering, Performance and Quality.

AS A QUALITY ENGINEER , YOU WILL: 

Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with the Plant Quality System 

Supervise activities of Quality Auditors Main lines and Final Process

Manage information and daily reports of audits, rejections and production re-worked 

Generate reports for non-conformance material, report nonconformities 

Manage internal and external Corrective action 

Maintain SPC and conduct capability studies to keep process in contro

Conduct MSA studies and ensure calibration or certification of test and measure equipment

Assist in the updating of plant and training documents 

Maintain updated the Quality Process Control and PFMEA

Generate monthly quality reports, according to the requirements of both the plant and the corporate 

Complete studies to validate new equipment or components and release for use in production 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Knowledge in generate Quality Process control plan, PFMEA, PPAP, Deviation

Knowledge problem solving analysis and root cause analysis 

Ability to perform MSA and use measuring and testing instruments 

Knowledge of Process Control (SPC), ability to create reports or use a program that makes them and to interpret the results 

Knowledge in reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications

Ability to speak, understand, write and read instructions in English

1 year expertise as Quality Engineer

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
