Project Manager / Business Analyst - Clearwater

Our client, a leading Financial company is hiring a Business Analyst/Project Manager on a W2 contract basis.

Seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Business Analyst 5-8 years of proven track record of Project Management or/and Business Analysis experience within the Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry. In this fast paced environment you must be able to manage major projects, prioritize tasks, work within deadlines, taking a pragmatic and considered approach, paying close attention to details, you will need to employ strong oral and written communication skills. Documentation preparation & review, strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (traditional, Agile & hybrid) required.

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users
Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties
Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions
Work with various business and technology teams to identify, assess, document, and implement RPA solutions using RPA tools (WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, etc).
Support senior Project Manager in management, execution, and support of both RPA and non RPA deliverables, including infrastructure and RPA tool rollouts.
Facilitate working sessions with ICG groups to effectively review and track projects
Management of Panorama (internal delivery management tool) to ensure staffing, deliverables and status reporting for projects in SMC are updated
Manage BAU activities for ISG's clients including issue management and reporting, coordinating issue triage, driving issue resolution, preparing updates and reports for management
Work with Client Technology Infrastructure team (CTI), Shared Technology Environment team (STE)and other internal stakeholders to manage infra provisioning, upgrades, migration, GEM patches, new engineering initiatives, etc.
Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding ***, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Required Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
5-8 years of professional, diverse experience across the finance / IT industry, functions, and businesses
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience working with clients and managing client relationship
Experience working closely with IT and Operations Project managers and development teams
Data oriented with an excellent attention to detail
Experience in data analysis with intermediate /advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite skills
Advanced knowledge of PM Project Disciplines including Agile and Waterfall methodologies (PMP certified a plus)
Experience of managing issues / coordinating issue triage, driving issue resolution, preparing updates and reports for management
Must possess excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to present projects to senior audiences.
Ability to articulate and present issues / items concisely, coherently and prepare high quality reports / updates for senior management
Strong leadership and influencing and matrix management skills, with ability to motivate and drive diverse groups of individuals
Strong cross functional and team working skills across different geographic locations
Drive results with high degree of accountability and affect change without direct authority; proven time and task management competencies with an exceptional attention to detail.
Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
