Architectural Designer - Clearwater

Responsibilities

:

Assists with developing artwork from others schematic designs for client presentations.

Oversees vendors and reviews architectural and AutoCAD drawings to make sure that all specifications and client expectations are being followed

Manages projects by following through with the design development.

Visits sites to conduct design review.

Prepare addendums and change orders. Initiate additional service requests and turn over to Project Manager for submittal to client.

Job Duties.

Develop conceptual designs for clients for single family, multi-family and commercial buildings.

P ay:

$31-36/hr. (depending on experience)
