Job Description

The Operations Supervisor will be based Juarez Sur This position will be focused on: This person will be responsible for the administration and control of productive areas. Establish control of the resources used for the manufacture of products in production lines like harness. Assume the commitment of follow-up to indicators of productive areas and achievement of organizational goals.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Management and role assignments to production supervisors.
• Supervise production personnel on work method and quality controls.
• Train staff in the use of automated systems, introduce new releases or features, troubleshoot problems, and attend meetings.
• Conduct job performance review, motivate employees to work more effectively, identify performance problems and solutions to those problems, determine training needs to improve performance.
• Shop Floor Inventory Management (WO)
• Metrics and Reports.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering
• Advanced English Level
• Experience with Power BI
• +5 years of experience in similar positions
• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
