The Department of Educational Policy Studies in the College of Arts, Sciences & Education at Florida International University invites applications for multiple faculty positions beginning Fall 2021.

Qualifications: Earned doctorate in Educational Leadership or related field with an active research agenda and publication record in urban educational leadership and/or administration. Demonstrated experience in grant and external funding activity. Demonstrated evidence of collaborative work with school districts.

Responsibilities: Teach graduate level courses in educational leadership, supervision of master's and doctoral students, serving on dissertation and theses committees, program development, participate in the procurement of external grants, and maintain a scholarship agenda commensurate with a tenure-track line.

The Program offers the MS, EdS and EdD in Educational Leadership. All degrees place special emphasis on graduating students equipped for cross-cultural exchanges, particularly in urban settings. Women and minority candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
