New Graduate Residency Coordinator:

Coordinates and evaluates the quality of New Grad Orientation and Residency training program The New Grad Residency Coordinator is responsible for the screening, hiring, training coordination and mentoring of the New Grads during their initial development and training program. Along with facilitating professional development of the service teams and has a close working relationship with the general management team and the medical staff to effectively meet system goals, organizational goals and all pillars relating to the departments he/she oversees.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree – preferred; Associate’s Degree - required
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Must have current Florida Nursing License

ACLS, BLS, PALS instructor cards for Healthcare providers preferred

3-5 years previous experience in a supervisory or education experience
