System One is hiring a Project Manager for a marketing focused full-time position in the Longwood, FL area to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. This person will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and third-party vendor support and analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies while working with sales team and vendors to identify, generate and nurture leads. 

Responsibilities

Work with strategic partners (CEO, COO and Sales Managers) to develop and implement marketing strategy and execution plan

Manage marketing budget and calculate ROI on each initiative/strategy/campaign

Create and design marketing campaigns for our retail and institutional divisions

Oversee all brand and design standards including: Print and Digital Collateral Advertisements Website Corporate Communications Social Media Email

Create and develop digital marketing strategy

Develop departmental KPIs for lead generation and conversion

Identify and execute on event marketing opportunities

Be an individual contributor for various marketing initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns with budget experience

Online lead generation experience and/or certifications (SEO Certification a plus)

Develop and maintain external vendor relationships

Experience in calculating ROI on marketing projects

3 - 5 years of experience as an analyst/strategist

Experience with marketing automation and CRM management

Experience in lead/sales funnel management

Preferred Qualifications

Willingness and ability to travel
