Manufacturing Production Assembly - Lakeland

Production Associate  Kelly Services is hiring for a Production Associate, a Temp-to-Hire position!  This is a full-time position at Stryker in Lakeland, FL. We will provide all training on how to sanitize and inspect medical devices.    Requirements  High school diploma or GED completion. Ability to stand and move around for a long period of time. • 1st shift - (Start Time 4am or 5am - End Time 3:30pm), Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays) $10.20/hr 

• Weekend Shift (Start Time 5am - End Time 3:30pm) Friday through Monday (Some Tuesdays) $11.20/hr 

• 2nd shift (Start Time 4pm- End Time 2:30am) Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays) $11.20/hr 

  Work Environment 

• Works within a medically controlled environment 

• Wears PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as surgical hair cover, surgical face mask, surgical gloves, face shield, safety glasses and lab-style gown. 

• This environment will require prolonged standing, walking, fast paced repetitive hand to finger motions 

• These are temp-to-hire positions with a global company.
