We are looking for a strong leader and business partner who is an innovative forward thinker to help drive our continued success. You will be a joining a dynamic team that encourages individual growth and team development. This is a high visibility role with opportunity for growth within the organization. In the role you will work closely with Sales Ops, HR, and Sales leadership to lead implementation, administration of our incentive programs, and commission metrics. Candidates in continental US will be considered for remote role. Responsibilities ·Manage a team of 5 analysts supporting internal and external commissions·Partner with sales operations to ensure set up of plans is accurately established and maintained·Drive the commissions team with deep knowledge of Excel models and data sets·Assist in annual planning for plan deployment·Oversee the commission setup, processing, and analysis to ensure completeness andaccuracy of commission payments·Administer monthly meetings to provide visibility into plan/quota/attainment/commissions·Partner with HR to maintain the integrity of payee data·Interface with payees to provide customer support to resolve and address commission escalations·Develop and maintain an understanding of the end to end commission cycle to become the subject matter expert in commission calculations, comp structure, the comp system, and bookings data·Process development and improvement Requirements: ·4+ yrs advanced Excel Modeling·Distributed and local team mgmt.·Experience partnering with leaders of internal sales, sales ops, finance, leadership and stakeholders·Strong team player, and independent thinker, with high intellectual and emotional intelligence·Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task with the willingness to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands·Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of data in Excel·Analytical, detail oriented, and self-motivated8x8 is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.For 8x8 jobs located in the US: 8x8 participates in the E-Verify program.View the Participant Poster in English | Español.View the Right to Work Poster in English | Español.We also provide reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws.
