LPN Job Responsibilities May Include:

• Conducts daily resident rounds to assess physical and mental health status.
• Implements any required nursing interventions and documents appropriately.
• Coordinates admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
• Informs the charge nurse or others (as appropriate) informed about the status of residents and related matters.
• Participate in resident and family education relating to resident care.

Job Requirements Include (but not limited to):

• Current LPN license in good standing
• BLS certification

Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) Job Responsibilities May Include:

• In accordance with care plan, assist residents with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, feeding, and exercise.
• Obtains and records resident vital signs.
• Provide medication reminders as required.
• Monitors the physical and mental health of residents, notifying the supervising nurse of changes in status.

Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) Job Requirements Include:

• Current Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing.
• Preferred experience with long term or geriatric care.
• CPR/BLS certification.
