Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN

Daily Responsibilities of a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN:

• Providing nursing services in patients’ homes/facilities
• Preparing documentation accurately, timely, and according to agency policy and governmental and Medicare rules and regulations

Requirements of a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN:

• Clear/ Active LPN License in FL
• BLS required; Active Drivers License
• EMR experience - Homecare Homebase and OASIS required
• 1+ year of Home Health experience required   

Hours for this Position:   Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (No Weekends)
