LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE ANALYST

Key performance areas :

As a Legal and Compliance Analyst you will be responsible to provide support to legal and compliance activities; Safeguard compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies as well as Identify and mitigate compliance risk within the area of responsibility.

Major Activities

Manage and advise on legal and compliance activities within the area of responsibility, sets priorities for the activity.

Maintain up to date information and advice on regulatory and legal requirements.

Identify legal and compliance risks within the area of responsibility.

Support and implement action plans within the compliance

Work with the business on mitigating risks.

Oversight or implement legal and compliance activities within the area of responsibility.

Oversight (Group) or implement (BA) compliance policies.

Develop and/or deploy training tools, templates and processes to manage risks, and share best practices.

Ensure adherence to The Sandvik Way, applicable legislation, and established policies and procedures within the area of responsibility.

Your profile :

Degree in Law or similar (legal knowledge required)

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish written and verbal

Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, and risks.

Must be a Proactive, Flexible, Innovative, Result Oriented, and Adaptive.
