Learning and Development Facilitator-  Contact Center

Overview of Position
The main function of the Learning and Development Facilitator is to deliver    a range of engaging learning content for multiple programs utilizing adult learning principles. 


What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Delivers new hire and refresher content to groups and individuals covering a range of technical, operational, and soft skills areas within specified program(s) virtual or in person
  • Facilitates content using adult learning techniques to ensure retention and transfer of learning
  • Manage all logistics/resources for program i.e.: online training tools, learner access, and training rooms, virtual or in person
  • Continually assists in analyzing and assessing learning needs and materials as a Subject Matter Expert for their assigned programs

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in adult teaching/training/development, education, communications or related field
  • 3+ years of contact center training experience which includes software/technical training
  • 3 -5 years of virtual and in person training
  • Intermediate-Advanced knowledge and experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, and Teams in a business setting 
  • Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of online learning processes and principles

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Advanced knowledge of facilitation skills and classroom management
  • Experience conducting learning sessions using a variety of methodologies; such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, and videos, within online/virtual learning and in-person classroom environments
  • Demonstrates teamwork, problem solving, engagement, and adaptability

How much should I expect to travel?

30% travel to other sites
