LAN Administrator - Tampa

Robert Half Technology is currently filling a LAN Administrator role for a client in the Tampa Bay Area. If you have experience working in a small to medium size business completing a variety of technical tasks, the position may be for you!

- Individual must interface with all levels of the organization, outside vendors, customers and company representatives.
- Responsible for technical support on desktop, servers, mobile devices, telephones, printers and software. Respond to requests via telephone calls, email and personnel requests. Track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Physical set up and assistance in the training of basic systems and new equipment for new and current users as necessary.
- Support client/server and website database applications.
- Experience in report writing using tools like SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, Crystal Reports, etc.
- Experience using CRM and ERP databases.
- Manage migration of information to and from databases, SQL Server
- Manage IT operations of network infrastructure in multiple facilities (local and remote) involving setup and maintenance of network routers, switches, firewalls, servers, ISP, etc.
- Maintain/Manage all voice/data communications including Cisco Switches routers, Cisco Call Manager PBX, VM Servers, MS Exchange Servers, etc.
- Significant experience with SQL Server Administration, database design and implementation
- Other duties as assigned
