Job Title:  JSON Developer with SailPoint
Job Location:  Tallahassee, FL (Remote during Covid only)
Job Duration:  8+ months

W2 only (USC, GC or any EAD)
Rate: $50 on W2 ( No benefits and no paid vacations )


Job Overview:  The advanced, Applications Development Analyst is a member of a full lifecycle development team and will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Departments Identity Management tool, SailPoint Identity IQ Software. The Applications Development Analyst will be responsible for software applications and databases, implementing enhancements to existing systems, troubleshooting application issues, implementing integration between applications, and implementing and supporting Off the Shelf software solutions. Must be able to make high-level design choices and implement solutions following technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms as part of the Identity Access Management and Governance solution. Must be able to work directly with subject-matter experts (SME) and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.


Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field- or equivalent work experience.


Job Requirements:
1.       10+ years of overall exp.
2.       5+ years as a lead developer
3.       4 years’ experience JavaScript frameworks, JSON and Microsoft DevOps.
4.       Preference will be given to candidates with resumes reflecting extensive experience in implementing and updating SailPoint Identity IQ version 8.1, and code migration and management using Eclipse.



Job Responsibilities:
5.       Work as a senior developer on the needed revisions and implementation of the SailPoint Identity IQ software.
6.       Responsible for full lifecycle application development. Ensure code is written to implement the architecture and design such that it meets standards in terms of code quality and efficiency.
7.       Fully unit test all solutions prior to User Acceptance Testing and implementation.
8.       Initiate, drive and deliver effective experiences in partnership with distributed cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the architectural vision are communicated, supported, and delivered to the highest standards; align development initiatives with Department development vision, strategy and deployment
9.       Provide expert direction on SailPoint Identity IQ development and implementation methodology.


Job Skills & Abilities:
10.   Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of maintaining existing computing applications
11.   Knowledge of relational database theories and concepts
12.   Knowledge of Windows (winforms, webforms, MVC, ASP, batch console, WCF, Class Library)
13.   Knowledge of Z/OS mainframe computer systems and supporting software such as Time Sharing Option (TSO), Job Control Language (JCL) and Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF)
14.   Ability to work independently in the technical analysis, evaluation and resolution of custom-written computer application production issues or problems, with little or no assistance, and to make decisions and recommendations to remediate those issues or problems
15.   Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments for him/herself or lower level analysts
16.   Skill in accurately estimating time requirements for computer programming tasks in a computer application maintenance environment
17.   Translates high level business requirements into detailed business requirements and/or functional specifications.
18.   Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Technical Architects to build efficient, viable solutions in the maintenance of business applications utilizing all established departmental standards
19.   Ability to analyse processes and workflows to design efficient information solutions
20.   Ability to prepare complex computer program specifications
21.   Ability to prepare computer program test plans
22.   Ability to interact and collaborate directly with customers, technical staff, and management
23.   Skill in interpreting and communicating technical information both verbally and in writing
24.   Ability to develop and manage technical documentation in accordance with the Department's standards
25.   Ability to determine and document business rules/logic and database actions
26.   Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
27.   Knowledge of server environments
28.   Knowledge of Citrix
29.   Skill with programming languages (SQL, COBOL, JCL, DOS scripting, Focus)
30.   Skill with database platforms (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server)
31.   Skill with database tools (SQL Developer, SSMS-SQL Server Management Studio, Z/OS SPUFI)
32.   Skill with Active Directory security
33.   Skill with Z/OS mainframe RACF security
