Java Developer - UI-Core-AWS - Jacksonville

Robert Half Technology is looking to align a tenured full stack java developer.

This unique position will be in some of the top office space in east Jacksonville overlooking the ocean.
The ideal candidate has a self-driven attitude and is passionate about building software, tools, and implementing infrastructural improvements that provide tangible impacts to a growing product.

Requirements
· 2+ years of experience working in a professional development environment with Java – ideally leading or working independently on at least 1 project
· Passion for building clean and maintainable software
· Technical Concepts that should be understood:
· SQL – efficient / complex queries, indices, & data model
· Inversion of Control
· Dependency Management
· Abstracting code to reduce redundancy
· I/O, Network, and DB bottlenecks
· Big(O) – Memory and Time complexities
· Git (version control)
· Deployment concepts

· While not required, experience with any of the following areas would be a plus:
· Spring Framework
· JPA, Hibernate
· Angular, React
· Amazon Web Services
· Redis
· SOLR
