Responsable de FIFO e inventarios ciclicos Control de merma de baterias por golpes(Preservacion de producto) Implementacion de sistemas logisticos para optimizar flujos de materiales entre planta y bodega. Asegurar abasto de material JIT hacia planta Asegurar condiciones de seguridad y ambientales en las diferentes bodegas. Asegurar rotacion de inventario menor a 90 dias. Seguimiento a condiciones de montacargas asignados Control de gasto de refacciones de montacargas asignados Control de sistema Kronos para 20 montacarguistas Responsable de seguimiento a mantenimiento de condiciones de bodegas(rampas , racks, etc) Administracion de tractores para movimientos planta bodega y bodega planta. Gemba walk Gamba coach Game plan Supervision de 6 bodegas diferentes lugares Optimizacion de espacios en bodegas de acuero a PFEP Seguimiento y control de 23 montacarguistas asignados a plantilla(vacaciones , descanso) Coordinacion de juntas de EDADS quincenales Analizar capacidad de almacenaje de acuerdo a S&OP. Solicitud y generacion de orden de compra para material de empaque Elaboracion mensual de requisiciones para renta de bodegas y tractores utilizados en la bodega ¿Qué buscamos? Carrera terminada en Ingeniería Industrial o afin. Ingles avanzado Experiencia en Almacenes y transporte Manejo de gente Inventarios cíclicos.
