Family Description:
Leads floor activities in relation of ModCo Capacity/HC optimization roadmap action plans. In charge of building prototype tools, SOP optimization, and data collection to find new opportunities or improvement and prove the benefits of action taken. Close communication with Process Engineering and Manufacturing Departments.

Complexity:
Every change must follow related internal business process and get formal approval from CCB
Every proposed change must improve the concerned metric without affecting others
Be able to propose a mature technical solution, sustainable and efficient in production
Teamwork, Collaboration and Influence:
Good coordination with IE leader on site and Operations Dept to properly deploy changes on site
Be an active member of the achievement of annual performance objectives
Collaborates company-wide on cross-functional, cross-divisional teams.
Adept at working directly with customer or supplier representative to discuss technical matters.

Be curious, question the unknown, look for missing data
Audit colleagues to find new ideas
Creative thinking and innovation: use common-sense, benchmark inside or outside SunPower

Minimum Education and Experience:
Technician Degree and 5+ years of Experience in combined Sustaining, Process, Lean and Industrial Engineering fields Family Description:
