Now hiring a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources department as an HR Shared Services Specialist located in Reynosa, Mexico.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data, including; new hires, terminations, job, and personal data changes, the challenge is also up to lead technology case workflow, knowledge management database, reporting on service levels and trends, customer service levels, production of regular reports and metrics for HRSS Supervisor as needed.

Focusing on delivering HR customer and transactional support to the CommScope workforce you will evaluate and analyze complex employee HR and system questions, requests, or concerns; quickly interprets the situation, resolves appropriate resolution or blocking issue, and communicate the resolution to the customer in accordance with established standard operating procedures and approved guidelines.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within an HR Service Delivery environment team.
  • A good level of English and Spanish language (written and spoken) is required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, independent thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of computers, relevant and applicable client/service applications.
  • You Will Excite Us if you Have

  • Experience in SAP / Success Factors Systems.
  • HR Service Center, HR Generalist/Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, HRIS, etc.) experience.
  • General knowledge of common Human Resources programs, procedures, and benefits through ongoing training.
