Daily Responsibilities:
The Healthcare Call Center Rep will be responsible of the following:
- Will be on the phones the majority of the day helping patients receive their Specialty medication.
- Provides new and existing patients with the best possible customer service in relation to their drug prescriptions, clinical services, billing inquiries, patients’ suggestions and complaints as part of the Special Handling, Limited Distribution or Drug/Disease specific teams.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of Call Center experience
- Must have Healthcare experience
- Basic level skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Hours for this Position:
- Monday-Friday (8-hour shift 11am-9pm) with rotating Saturdays
- Training will be from 8am-4:40pm Monday-Friday
- Cannot miss any part of training
