What is your mission:

You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner taking on the role of HCM Workday Specialist - Full Remote.

The HCM Application Specialist role maintains and supports the Workday HCM system across several areas. You will support the Workday team to configure, test, and maintain updates related to HCM modules in scope. You will be hands-on and knowledgeable in HCM systems, specifically Workday. Additionally, the role will be a point of escalation for system queries from teammates/managers. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support supplier enablement, and best practices;
