CTG has an upcoming opportunity for FOUR Strong Greenway PrimeSuite support analysts needed for an 18 month REMOTE support engagement. Position responsibilities include:

Routine support: User support, tickets, provisioning, and testing. Knowledge transfer will be remote, possibly one week on location.

Approximately 200 tickets per month with provisioning comprising a large majority. Few break fix incidents, How To tickets are common. Intent is to reduce unnecessary system changes. While provisioning knowledge is important, provisioning tickets will not be the focus. The more complex break fix issues will be the focus.

New build will be kept to a minimum. Services Request for new work will go through a rigid review process.

There are 4 Production environments located in all time zones. Hosted onsite in CO. Vendor applies updates to all servers. This position will be responsible to ensure thorough testing.

 Application expertise in addition to organization and coordination abilities.

 Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.

 Ability to coordinate and work well with other parts of the organization (Help Desk) and vendors.
