FullStack DevSecOps Cloud engineer - Mexico City

Brokehub.Net is a fin-tech company based in London with a distributed team around the globe and currently with physical offices in London - England, Manila - Philippines, and Leiria - Portugal.

Our main product is a Web Application offering various services in the Equity derivative space to Wholesale Brokers and Banks.

We are currently looking for a FullStack/DevSecOps Cloud engineer to help us on operational tasks

Our Software Ecosystem is the following. We don't expect you to be an expert on all of them, but it helps if you know at least what each one is.

- On the Back-end a Relational Database with Java

- On the Front-end we have JQuery, and a bit of Angular

- On the Database-level we use both SQL and No-SQL (MongoDB) technologies.

- We work with Jenkins, Tomcat style application server, and XSLT (For reporting)

- We also have some Maven, Spring, Hibernate, C# and VBScript (Excel)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform System Administration tasks as well as release, configure and perform monitoring on our systems 24/5.

- Maintain and continuously improve our legacy system, while at the same time develop new solutions and modules.

- Analyse and implement new processes to help us answer new client requirements and expectations.

Requirements for this position:

- Bachelor degree/Master in Computer Science or similar.

- Knowledge of SecOps tasks in Linux.

- Familiarity with Cloud Providers (AWS or similar)

- Experience in Java or C# development of at least 3 years.

- We look for a person who is organized, autonomous, creative and a problem solver.

- Fluency and full domain of the English language, both oral and written.

- Knowledge of OO programming, databases(SQL or No-SQL) and Web architectures and services.

We also value if you have any of the following:

- Familiarity with Docker, Ansible, NewRelic or other DevOps tools.

- Experience or knowledge in Angular 2+.

- Experience or knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Javascript, JQuery.

- Experience working within a multinational and multicultural team.

- Experience or knowledge in Fin-tech.
