Job: 2021-2022 school year

Description: A school district near Tacoma, Washington is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (RN) for full-time hours this summer during the school year. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide health assistance to students with basic medical needs as required.

Hours: 30-35 per week

Day to day responsibilities:

Administer medication as needed

Provide assistance to students with a range of disabilities and needs

Educate students on basic healthy habits

Document the treatment and the health of students as required of the job

Qualifications:

Bachelors or associates in Nursing or related field

Licensed in Washington (LPN) and ESA

Ability to document the health and wellness of students

Desire to work with school aged-children
