Duties

  • Meeting with customers and working on financing contracts in the sale of a vehicle, as well as, additional products and services
  • Responsibilities will also be to make sure the dealership is in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
  • Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • 3 years previous experience in a challenging role with a proven track record of success
  • Previous customer service or background in customer support a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Numerical ability for the purpose of understanding credit applications and structuring deals
  • Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently
  • High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change.
