Skilled Maintenance Technician
Skilled Maintenance Technician needed immediately for a luxury condominium complex. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Pumps, Fans, Plumbing, Motors and Electrical, HVAC, Grounds Keeping, Pool, Fire Systems, Floor to Floor upkeep, etc. this person must have proven ability, hands on experience, and a good work history.
Must have at least two years hands on working experience in this or similar environment. Must have exceptional customer service skills, as well.
Position pays between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour to start in this permanent capacity, company offers exceptional pay advancement opportunity and benefits, as well.
