We are seeking a qualified Dental Treatment Coordinator for an immediate opening in a growing private practice that has been established for well over 25 years. Join our well-established practice located in Jacksonville, Fl. They use a patient-centered model that places patient as its first priority and to improve the overall experience and, most importantly, build lasting relationships.

Our client offers the following benefits:

• Sign On Bonus Up To $1,000
• $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly Depending on Experience

Job Responsibilities

An ideal candidate would be reliable, sales driven, upbeat, and able to quickly form a rapport with strangers- both kids and adults. Orthodontic experience is a must.

Additional responsibilities for the Dental Treatment Coordinator include:

• 4 Day Work Week
• Patient Satisfaction is #1
• Understanding of Insurance Claims and Processing
• Knowledge of Eagle Soft Preferred
• Understanding of Cloud 9 Software - Helpful

Job Requirements

• 2 Year of Experience
• Must know Orthodontics
• Experienced in Scheduling and Patient Care
• Experienced in Treatment Planning and Selling
• Looking For a Team Player, Friendly, and Personable.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Highly Motivated and Ability to Work Independently
