Customer Service Representative (CSR) – 2: 00p-10: 30p (Evening Shift)
  • CSR – Customer Service Representative - needed for evening shift (2: 00pm-10: 30pm) full-time schedule in a local hospital. This is a Full-Time Position. The pay rate is $12.00/hour.

  • Location: Gainesville, Florida

  • Job Opening Summary:
  • Responsible for functioning as the conduit of information between all departments and its supply chain constituents, identify & resolve issues presented on each phone call. Manage, coordinate, and facilitate the completion of all requests made of Supply Chain by its customers. Notify the Customer Service supervisor or any unresolved issues & request assistance. Maintain effective communication with customers, coworkers, management, and outside agencies.
  • Shift typically will be evenings 2 pm to 10: 30 pm variable schedule

  • Responsibilities Include:
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of people at all levels in the hospital.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving, written and verbal skills are necessary.
  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Job Opening Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years as a customer service representative in an acute care, or healthcare setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with MS Office applications required.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain, Optiflex, and Omnicell applications preferred but not required.
  • Required to float throughout Medical Center
  • Required skills: Must be able to read/write/communicate in basic English
