Customer Service Representative - Clearwater

Find your ideal career with us! Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a flooring company in the Tampa area.  We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative with a desire in finding long-term employment opportunities.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Invoicing 
• Preparing and typing orders,
• Answering calls
• Preparing customer quotes to submit next day for purchase orders
• Order entry
• Scanning floor plans and writing correspondence
• Other duties may be assigned 

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel
• Work in fast pace environment, attention to detail, take initiative, team player
• Must be able to work independently and in cooperation with other employees

Customer Service Representative Job Hours:

• Business Hours 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
