Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you want the chance to advance your career by working with a prestigious medical company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Working in a call center environment (an average of 40 calls daily)
  • Assisting callers with questions related to at home prescription deliveries
  • Taking time with each caller to ensure their question is answered fully
  • Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Customer Service Driven personality
  • Hours for this Position: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm during Training (Weekend Availability Required Once Training is Complete)
