Blake Medical Center is currently accepting applications for a Florida-licensed CT Supervisor on a full-time basis in our CT Scan Department. ARRT (R, CT) plus BLS required. CT experience (3+ years) is necessary for consideration.
The CT Supervisor assumes responsibility for patient flow and all other patient care issues while ensuring both employee and patient safety. As our CT Supervisor, you will mediates personnel issues in department; establish and maintain an ethical working relationship and good rapport with physicians, hospital staff and vendors. In addition to being responsible for meeting operational guidelines, you must also be able to work in a technical capacity, assuming all duties encountered by a staff technologist. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure all equipment and supplies utilized during procedures are maintained and in ready condition; Accurate data input to MEDITECH/PACS is recorded in a timely fashion; Daily QA.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in field of practice
- Active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- ARRT (R) and (CT) registries
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years technical experience with extensive knowledge of equipment, accessories and procedures
- Customer service abilities, including effective listening skills
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs
