Collections Specialist - Tampa

Robert Half is looking for a Collections Specialist for our client in Tampa, FL. The Collections Specialist will need to have a strong customer service background and adapt in a fast paced environment. The Collections Specialist will need to be very detail oriented and have excellent organizational and communication skills

Collections Specialist
Responsibilities:
· Set expectations with customer
· Negotiate payment terms
· Set up payment solution with customer

Position is IN OFFICE, so social distancing protocols are taken seriously:
· Every other seat is filled, providing 6-9 feet of distance
· Face masks required and provided
· No temperature checks, self-reporting expected
· All common areas shut down, except restrooms
· Office is cleaned DAILY and more vigorously than ever before

Hours of operation: (All times listed in Eastern)
· Training hours are 9am-6pm Eastern (Regardless of time zone they sit in)
· Call center open M-F 8a-12a Eastern, Saturday 8a-5p ET
