What will you do? 

Stefanini is looking for a Portugal based Cloud Infrastructure Architect, to complement the technical capabilities of our EMEA Enterprise Services skills and experience. The role is responsible for designing and implementing information systems that adequately support Enterprise infrastructure services for our Clients. Analyze system requirements and defines system architecture that will meet business needs, including server infrastructure, capacity planning, storage requirements, and networking protocols. Our Cloud Infrastructure Architect role will also need to ensure that the Client project rollouts meet security standards and are effectively integrated with current applications. We are seeking for a profile with solid technical background in recent and relevant infrastructure technologies combined with strong customer and leadership skills. The purpose of the role is to provide technical architecture support to our Clients, to assist them in the delivery of project artefacts and project delivery frameworks and ensuring the IT solutions are designed and implemented according to the business and technical requirements and aligned to the IT strategy of our Clients. 

The candidate will work with business leaders to determine the outcomes of technical projects ensure the designing, building and deploying it as part, but not limited to, larger projects. 


Responsibilities 
- Establish Enterprise-wide IT infrastructure standards consistent with Business needs of our Clients 
- Involvement in solution design and assessment, planning and documentation, implementation and handover to Operations 
- Determining technical requirements for delivering and maintaining Client infrastructure 
- Participating in program audits and project reviews 
- Involved within the managing of technical projects and core infrastructure 
- Provide technical direction of new or current system implementations 
- Understand technology trends, major vendors and identify business implications of new technology. 
- Creating detailed project plans for new system designs and rollouts 
- Reporting on project deployments 
- Strong Customer relationship skills and willingness to lead them through successful projects which includes estimating, scoping and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limits risks.
- Able to present business cases strategies and solutions and have excellent communication skills. 


What you need to succeed? 
- Strong communication and presentation skills 
- Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposes solutions. 
- Knowledge on application and infrastructure monitoring and observability (APM, AIOps); 
- Experience on high availability delivery and architecture: capacity, availability and service continuity management. 
- Experience with public cloud providers: AWS, Azure and GCP. 
- Experience with private cloud solutions: VMWare, OpenStack and CloudStack; 
- Experience with microservices and containers architectures: Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless; 
- Experience on agile infrastructure and service delivery: DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Cloud Native Applications, IaC; 
- 8+ years work experience in supporting, designing and solutioning Infrastructure and/or Cloud management services in a large-scale Company 
- Have a knowledge of any IT process model/framework (ex: Agile and/or ITIL) 

Be an experienced technical generalist with the ability to deep dive in the following domains: 
- Datacenter and Server Hosting: UNIX & Windows Server Systems, Virtualization and hyperconverged clustering. 
- Public Cloud: Architect, design, and implement cloud solutions related to IaaS, Paas and Disaster Recovery. 
- Storage: Storage Architecture (File, block and object etc.), develop enterprise class standards for storage including enterprise file sync and share solutions that interface or replication to the public cloud. 
- Backup & Recovery Architecture: Able to architect and design DR and backup solutions that support Healthcare retention requirements and support the needs of the business from an RTO and RPO perspective. 
- Solution Architecture: Proficient understanding of industry trends related to virtualization, containers, serverless computing in the cloud including hybrid cloud solutions specific to hyperconverged technologies that interact and sync to other cloud solutions. 
- Cloud Management: Able to evaluate, recommend and implement cloud management solutions that both ease the technical management of a hybrid cloud and assist in managing the cost of running a cloud environment. 
- Automation: Understanding of DevOps and automation will help gain efficiencies through standard work
