Clinical Supervisor of Substance Abuse Services - West Palm Beach

Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a Full Time Clinical Supervisor to supervise clinicians providing outpatient substance abuse and co-occurring treatment services. The Clinical Supervisor, who reports to the Chief Operating Officer, will supervise therapists and will also provide substance abuse services. This individual oversees the day to day operations of the agency's substance abuse treatment services. The Clinical Supervisor will have a graduate degree in a behavioral science or related field of study obtained from an Accredited College or University, be licensed in the state of Florida or be a CAP, and have at least three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience in substance abuse services. Experience working in a substance abuse setting and bilingual preferred. The supervisor must be able to learn, implement and supervise using the evidence based practice called Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS). Some live supervision is required for training. Must be computer literate and able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders via electronic health records.
