Remote ( work from home ) position for a Call Center Representative ( Medical Benefits Verification )

*** full time contract / temp work which pays W2 hourly rate = $11/hour (the rate is non-negotiable) to work from home, remotely.

*** Job location: work from home – must have high speed (cable or fiber) internet connection (notebook will be provided) and dedicated work space (isolated room w/o any noise during working hours – no kids, pets, street noises, etc)

*** The working shift window is 8.5 hours (includes 30 min lunch break) for example a shift can be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM _or_ Noon - 8:30 PM. Must be able to work those shift hours as assigned.

Call Center representative ( Benefits Verification ) for CVS Specialty Pharmacy will take calls from doctors, hospitals and patients

- Previous experience working as a Customer Service associate, Customer Care representative, Call Center representative, etc in a call center environment

- Previous experience in a healthcare industry will be a plus

- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Must be computer literate, should be able to work with different programs and screens with the customer on the line

- Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)

- Open for working in high pressure environment (call center)

- All prospective employees must pass a thorough a criminal background check prior to joining and professional references checks prior to offer.

- Must have a dedicated/closed workspace (any room that can be closed by a door, office, bedroom, etc.) for quiet and focused work environment. No shared living spaces unless living alone.

- If the computer screen (computer provided by CVS) can be seen from a window it must be covered (shade, blinds, curtains, etc.)

- High-speed Internet verification (screenshot of bandwidth, Fiber, Cable, DSL - No satellite or mobile broadband connections

- No personal responsibilities during working hours

- No barking dogs, any other noisy pets (like parrots for example) or other domestic / street noises
