Business Systems Analyst - Jacksonville

ARC Group is currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our client in beautiful Jacksonville, FL. This role is 100% remote until CV-19 is over. At that point, they would want the candidate to work out of the Jacksonville office. Our client is looking for a candidate for a Contract to Hire to join their Enterprise Content team.

Job Summary
Responsible for identifying business needs, assessing the impact of the change, working with the business to align the need to the base application functionality, documenting the requirements, and walking the business through the documentation to obtain approval. Work with the project team to ensure the requirements are delivered, while supporting and communicating with the business through the implementation process.

This position will also be responsible for project development testing. Those responsibilities include the development of test plans and test cases, execution of the tests, analysis, and documentation of the results, and work with the developers to resolve any differences between the requirements and test results. The analyst is involved throughout the entire development lifecycle (e.g., initial concept, requirement gathering, development support, testing, and final implementation and postproduction support).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems related discipline
• 3+ years of Business System Analyst experience on large, developmental IS software development projects.
• 3+ years of formal experience in gathering and defining requirements
• Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management software packages such as FileNet P8, Docfinity, On Base, or other imaging and workflow business solutions is a plus.
• Testing (Quality Assurance) Analyst experience is preferred.
• SQL and technical knowledge experience are a plus.
• Agile Project experience is a plus.
