Business Intelligence Analyst - Mexico City

The position holder is responsible for Business Intelligence solutions to support business decision-making using insights/reports generated from data. You will manage and execute the client's requests related to this area by developing and maintaining the existing BI and SAP BO systems. You will evaluate any impact on the BI systems when the implementation of linked IT projects.
The position holder must organize and plan his work under special consideration of a frictionless information flow in the IT and the relevant business department. You will guarantee an overall excellent co-operation with all project members, business representatives, and external experts if applicable.

Job Responsibilities:
• Analyses client requirements for BI; designs, develops & maintains solutions with the BI technical stack;
• Participates in Data warehouse design. Builds and maintains Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) jobs with Talend (tool);
• Creates and optimizes data models for different layers of Datawarehouse, including ODS, Datawarehouse, Datamart;
• Ensures a smooth transfer from development to production phase in respect of methodology; provides technical and procedural documentation, test cases and protocols, training material, installation procedures, security concept, and role assignment of customers;
• Performs all other tasks delegated by the Manager to optimize the entire IT Department's efficiency in application development according to the Client’s management requirements. Organizes internal workshops with the Systems Architect to assure the overall integrity of the application;
• Respects all relevant the Client’s standards (ITSM processes, Database security, Application Security, Business Object, BI Best practices) in his/her development, under special application of all state of the art technical and ergonomic design standards.

Expertise required:

Qualifications/Key Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred) Or,
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology plus a certification or rich experience in Talend / Microsoft PowerBI
• Languages: advanced English
