BSI Analytics Jr Manager - Mexico City

Position Summary: E nable a Data Driven Organization Culture by leading the analytics program as per demand and priorities aligned with CAMEX leadership team.

Responsibilities:  Identify, collect and prioritize work demand for the multifunctional analytics team. Act as project manager & data specialist. Lead business process changes. Implement analytics tools and embedment with the business, ensure transition to stakeholders once embedded. Support Panorama Team by providing. Insight on tracking needs and sense of business priority. If analytics projects results on a robust system implementation, ensure transition to the Back. Guarantee 100% Newspage users can execute their work on a daily basis. Conduct quarterly support assessment to ensure: SLAs, Ticket Reduction and Overall Satisfaction. Manage contract and commercial conditions for local services related to Newspage
