Accounting Manager - Deerfield Beach

Job Description

Multi State South Florida based chain in business for 30 years seeking Full Charge Bookkeeper. Immediate start. Must be able to work independently and with others, while being highly organized, meeting rigorous deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.

What Are We Looking For In You?
* 2-4 years of experience
* MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
* Sage Business Works experience is a plus
* Payroll experience is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* A/P - vendor invoice entry and check runs. ( MORE AP THAN AR HE SAID ??)
* Sales journals entry
* Weekly cash balance reports
* P&L processing monthly
* Weekly budget vs actual analysis
* Bank reconciliations
* Journal entries

What Should You Expect From Us?
* Competitive Pay. Starting base salary $55,000 to 60,000.
* Vacation Time (earned immediately; available after 12 months) 7 PTO days 1st. 21 PTO days 3rd yr.
* Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm schedule.
