MS SQL Expert

This person will be in charge of supporting the application and integration of current users into the MS SQL environment. He or she will also maintain customer relations by phone, including setting milestones for project implementation, tracking implementation, monitoring workflow processes, product training and maintaining well-documented records. All focused-on customer service and ongoing problem solving.

Will report to the Project Management and Development team in Israel and US

Essential Skills:

• MS SQL Server expert (installation, database configuration, stored procedures and reporting services)
• With experience in the MS SQL Server environment, must have recent working knowledge with writing stored procedures and information services (academic degree not required)
• Customer service oriented
• Basic knowledge of network administration and Windows management
• Installation and configuration of IIS Internet Information Services
• English Language Proficiency
• Experience in integration with ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, SAP, Softland, etc.),
