The Deskside Support Technician, Level I will provide comprehensive technical support services to the client’s campus based customers.
Requirements:
18+ months of experience with end user support.
Solid Windows 10, Office 365 and Internet browser troubleshooting experience.
Read/Write English is required. Spoken is a plus.
