Product Management team holds responsibility for the ultimate success of the product. Is accountable for understanding what clients and users want, setting the product strategy and roadmap, and guiding a cross-functional team as part of the product development process and full product lifecycle to ensure that the product delights clients/users and maximizes the economic value delivery to the business. To deliver products at scale, organizations break down product management work into two roles, the product manager and the product owner. Both roles are important to the overall success of a product, have a distinct responsibility split and must work closely together to build products that users love.

Job Qualifications

Graduated in Computer Science, Computer / Systems / Industrial Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems or Software Development

• Fast learner and interested in developing IT and soft skills
• Passion for technology and ability to leverage technology to add business value
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build high quality relationships with the team, users, stakeholders, and leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and decision making
• Ability to build relationships and work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams
• Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as analytical skills
• Strong English verbal and writing skills.
• Knowledge of the Scrum framework
• Knowledge of DevOps principles
