Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for experienced customer service agents to work providing on-call assistance to end users. The vacancies are to work side by side with our important client located in Heredia. 

In this role you will provide customer service assistance to end users and answer questions about package tracking, communicate with product delivery providers, make changes to system information, provide product information and promotions, all through inbound calls. 

Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree. 
Advanced English (85%). 
Call center experience, minimum three to six months.
