Position is responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores (Grocery, etc.). This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location.

This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and moving products. This job follows a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (opportunity to attain different work schedules with time.)

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
  • Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
  • Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
  • Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
  • Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
  • Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
  • Build customer relationships at the store level
  • Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out, following designated route, etc.)
  • Service accounts during designated times established by management
  • Deliver customer service (e.g., communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs, etc.)
  • Ability to operate under minimal supervision (self-managed role)
  • Use hand held devices to write/input orders
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 18 years or older
  • Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)
  • Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Proof of insurance

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

  • Working for a retail business or grocery store (e.g., understanding store operations, knowing the backroom and inventory, stocking aisles and shelves, etc.)
  • Moving products within a store (e.g., safely stacking and moving products on equipment such as a u-boat, hand truck/dolly and/or breakdown, etc.)
  • Merchandising products (e.g., filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, rotating products, cleaning shelves, eliminating out of stocks and out of date products, etc.)
  • Managing backroom/stock room inventory (e.g., organizing pallets, stacking and storing inventory or products, etc.)
  • Serving customers (handling customer complaints, responding to customer requests, or meeting customer needs)

For positions that require use of a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement is provided.

Habilidades y Requerimientos:

Al menos 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.

 

Experiencia representando marcas relacionadas a la industria de vinos y licores.

 

Conocimiento de la marca y curiosidad sobre la categoría y la industria.

 

Fuertes habilidades organizacionales y de comunicación.

 

Capaz de construir relaciones sostenibles con personas claves en el negocio y un grupo de consumidores más amplio, en un ambiente formal o informal(social).

Resumen de la Posición…

Educar acerca de los productos de Nestlé Nutrición Infantil a los profesionales de la salud (HCPs) de su territorio asignado, a través de la presentación en detalle y de manera ética de las características, beneficios y principios científicos de los productos, dentro de las directrices establecidas por Nestlé Nutrition, aplicando y cumpliendo con el Código OMS, la Política e Instrucciones para la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna Nestlé y la legislación local aplicable al mercado. El objetivo es promocionar las soluciones de NN de marca o sin marca a través de relaciones sostenibles a largo plazo que se construyen con la comunidad pertinente de los HCPs e instituciones de salud (HCI).

Un día en la vida de…

  • - Promover el principio de Nestlé en el sentido de que la Lactancia Materna es la mejor para el bebé y que es la mejor recomendación sobre todos los demás métodos de alimentación infantil.
  • - Enseñar, de forma detallada y ética, a los HCPs los principios científicos, la calidad y las ventajas de los productos de Nestlé Nutrición mediante visitas médicas.
  • - Cumplir y promover las políticas de Seguridad, Salud, y Ambiente (SHE), establecidas por la compañía.
  • - Todas sus acciones deben ejecutarse en cumplimiento del Código Internacional de la OMS sobre Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, la Política e Instrucciones Nestlé al respecto y la legislación local, y reportar las violaciones encontradas por parte de HCPs, comercio, terceros y competidores al Ombudsman.
  • - Elaborar el plan de visita médica diaria a profesionales de la salud, instituciones, puntos de venta, con el fin de garantizar frecuencia, cobertura y atención completa a su panel, asegurando información confiable y actualizada de su panel. - Ejecutar el plan de visita médica aplicando las técnicas de visita médica (EES, AES), y siguiendo los lineamientos de los ciclos marketing. - Dar cobertura y manejo óptimos del territorio, incluyendo recopilación de datos de prospección y conocimientos y compartiéndolos (es decir, inteligencia competitiva), a través de herramientas y sistemas pertinentes, como CRM 2.0. Mantener la base de datos HCP en CRM y presentar informes oportunos.
  • - Hacer reportes oportunos de las actividades realizadas, asegurando la ejecución de las actividades estratégicas generadas desde marketing, y administrar el presupuesto de patrocinios y relaciones públicas asignado, así cómo el uso racional de materiales de visita médica y el cuidado de los mismos.
  • - Estar en permanente actualización de conocimientos de nutrición a través de las herramientas y evaluaciones que Nestlé Nutrición Infantil ha dispuesto.
  • - Asegurar el trabajo institucional en todos los servicios involucrados en de las instituciones de salud asignadas en su territorio.
  • - Desarrollar relaciones profesionales a largo plazo con HCPs y con los entes encargados de la toma de decisión médica. - Participar activamente con los HCPs e instituciones en seminarios, conferencias y eventos. - Participar en y/o organizar eventos y seminarios con HCPs líderes dentro del territorio.- Garantizar la educación y presencia de los productos de Nestlé Nutrición en las instituciones asignadas dentro de su territorio, y mantener en la base de datos el markes share institucional en comparación con la competencia y cuáles productos de Nestlé Nutrición están presentes en la institución.

  • Autonomía en ambientes de mercados desafiantes, para alcanzar las metas.
  • Trabajar en equipo.
  • Administración de forma independiente proyectos / tareas, tales como la organización de actividades con profesionales de la salud en temas relacionados con la nutrición infantil, productos, NNI, etc.
