Misión del puesto

Requisitos

Principales responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar el proceso de impresión, elaboración y generación de kits, así como otras funciones relacionadas al empaquetamiento y envío a distribución, de los productos que se preparan en el área.
  • Aplicar y crear las solicitudes de cuentas nuevas, adicionales, unificaciones de tarjetas de crédito, traslados de producto, cambio de productos, entre otros procesos a cargo del área de Producción, que se le asignen.
  • Ejecutar la operativa del proceso de eliminación de fiador de tarjetas de crédito.
  • Asignar los números de membresías de nuevos productos.
  • Cumplir los niveles de eficiencia y productividad definidos en el departamento para las actividades que ejecuta.
  • Ofrecer al cliente interno asesoría en los procesos que sean requeridos, con el fin de evitar un mal servicio al cliente, ofreciendo retroalimentación oportuna en el momento requerido.
  • Realizar el envío del archivo con la solicitud de chequeras al proveedor para la fabricación de las mismas.

Key job responsibilities

  • Employee Relations and Support:

  • Coordinate with the legal and compliance departments and the ER POC on ER matters, and conduct investigations.
  • Performance management:

  • Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate.
  • Talent Management and People Development Consulting:

  • Coach, train and guide managers during Talent Management processes, particularly in developing toolkit and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient.
  • HR General:
  • Act as stewards of the employee experience and Amazon “culture keepers”. Act as POC and Program Manager for people tools, processes, programs or projects assigned.
  • Complete cross functional projects that improve the employee experience and increase manager capability as well as the overall HR Partner operations.
  • Able to address general inquiries from managers which are not addressed through self-service channels.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR position or role with knowledge in human resource management including employee relations, change management and experience in team development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee populations in large organizations.
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems, as well as drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
  • Fluent English and Spanish communication and writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management

Descripción General del Puesto:

Supervisar las especificaciones del material de empaque y coordinar de las actividades para su verificación, así como pruebas de nuevos materiales con los Proveedores. Además, debe coordinar el trabajo de inspección y microbiología que se lleva a cabo en la Planta. Coordina en conjunto al Ingeniero de Empaque las actividades de limpieza y desinfección de la Planta de Empaque y todas las actividades relacionadas y de mejora continua que éstas involucren. Auditar proveedores y encargado de la formación del personal operativo. Auditor Líder de los Sistemas de Gestión de Planta Numar. Supervisar labores de personal de limpieza y dar seguimiento a las mejoras.

 

Funciones específicas:

  • Desarrollar, implementar pruebas y realizar el análisis de resultados del panel sensorial, así como gestionar todas las actividades necesarias para mantener un Panel Sensorial activo dentro de la Planta.
  • Colaborar en la coordinación y supervisión del trabajo diario de los Inspectores de Calidad.
  • Solicitar y gestionar análisis de microbiología cuando sea necesario.
  • Dar seguimiento al producto terminado e insumos del departamento.
  • Coordinar los estudios de vida útil del producto terminado.
  • Colaborar en la realización de Certificados de Análisis.
  • Llevar control y firma los registros de limpieza y desinfección y los del área de pasteurización.

  • Brindar apoyo al ingeniero de manufactura en labores y análisis liados a actividades de limpieza, desinfección y registro relacionados
  • Dar seguimiento a los insumos del departamento.
  • Manejar la relación con los proveedores del material de empaque.
  • Coordinar las No Conformidades con los Proveedores Externos.
  • Dar capacitaciones en el tema del sistema de gestión de alimentos y en cualquier otra área técnica que se requiera.
  • Colaborar con las actividades necesarias para que la Soda cumpla con las buenas prácticas en Manipulación de Alimentos.
  • Colaborar en el seguimiento del Programa de Control de Plagas.

  • Llevar el control y firma de los registros de limpieza y registros de la planta de puntos de control operativo.

  • Realizar guardias en fines de semana según cronograma establecido.

  • Llevar a cabo las inducciones al personal de nuevo ingreso a la Planta.
  • Realizar la capacitación del personal de nuevo ingreso, así velar como el cumplimiento y seguimiento del Cronograma de Capacitación de la Planta.
  • Realizar la verificación de las capacitaciones al personal que cumplen con los tres meses de prueba.
  • Llevar a cabo otras labores relacionadas como las ya descritas, a juicio de su superior y que sean compatibles con el puesto.

Key job responsibilities

  • Employee Relations and Support:

  • Performance management:

  • Talent Management and People Development Consulting:

  • Coach, train and guide managers during Talent Management processes, particularly in developing toolkit and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient.
  • HR General:
  • Act as stewards of the employee experience and Amazon “culture keepers”. Act as POC and Program Manager for people tools, processes, programs or projects assigned.
  • Complete cross functional projects that improve the employee experience and increase manager capability as well as the overall HR Partner operations.
  • Able to address general inquiries from managers which are not addressed through self-service channels.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR position or role with knowledge in human resource management including employee relations, change management and experience in team development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee populations in large organizations.
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems, as well as drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
  • Fluent English and Spanish communication and writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management
