Note: Shifts are Monday through Friday with weekends as assigned.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for handling complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital or chat channels through effective communication and problems solving skills. These routine customer inquiries may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.
  • Navigates a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
  • If working from home, you will need a quiet workspace so you can focus on our customers. You’ll also need a minimum of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS uploads from your internet provider. A wired connection is required.
  • We’ll provide you with all the equipment you need! Monitors, laptop, keyboard, mouse, headset, and amazing new hire training experience. You’ll also have the best coaches to help you deliver the best service!

How You'll Do It

  • Handles complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital or chat channels.
  • Utilizes effective verbal communication and problem solving skills to handle customer service inquiries.
  • Uses discretionary authority to satisfy the customer within reasonable limits including but not limited to adjustments, credit limit increases and complex solutions.
  • Navigates a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions which includes using standard screens, scrips and procedures.
  • Documents Customer files.

Summary

Spark is looking for a Customer Support Associate In this role, you will assist health insurance agents with their inquiries and provide initial support to clients. Your role involves addressing basic issues, escalating complex cases, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve our clients' problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Agents and Clients: Provide first-level support to health insurance agents and clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Triage Requests: Efficiently categorize and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely resolution or escalation to appropriate departments.
  • Issue Resolution: Address common inquiries related to contact and onboarding status, as well as, ad hoc requests from both internal and external customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from agents and clients to identify areas for improvement in processes and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Who You Are:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, or advertising or equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Five years proven experience developing and executing marketing plans.
  • The ability to analytically and statistically evaluate print, broadcast, marketing effectiveness, overall sales and competitive trends.
  • Knowledge and understanding of vertically integrated marketing philosophies.
  • Excellent presentations skills, with the ability to convey facts and ideas clearly to both individuals and large groups.

Job Description

  • Serve as leader for the Guest Services department staff of over 400 Event Staff members by delivering on our service standards of Project Lonestar through hiring, training, staffing, and performance feedback.

  • Serves as “Manager on Duty” during events by preparing event day information, leading pre-shift meetings, and being the primary Guest Services point of contact during events.

  • Proactively and appropriately respond to staff and guests in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, and serve as an escalation point for staff and guest inquiries, concerns, and/or complaints.

  • Responsible for scheduling Guest Services Event Staff for Rangers Baseball games.

  • Oversees the Guest Services Supervisor Team, including conducting end-of-season employee evaluations.

  • Partner with the REV Entertainment team to ensure proper staffing for all non-baseball events.

  • Leads and develops the Guest Services Coordinator.

  • Manage department payroll for all Guest Services event staff.

  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources on recruiting efforts to maintain proper staffing levels.

  • Schedule and participate in all interviews for open part-time positions.

  • Manage the execution of all Guest Services Event Staff appreciation events and work closely with the Sr. Director, Guest Services, on event staff recognition initiatives.

  • Serves as the point of contact for all accessible services at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium, including the sensory room, physical and non-physical needs for guests and staff.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, sports management, business administration, or related field required.  Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Experience managing a large number of Event Staff.

  • Previous management in the sports/entertainment venue, resort, hotel, or comparable hospitality environment.

  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, Tableau, Tickets.com, Scheduling Software, etc.) Ability to learn and learn new software programs.

  • Strong ability to work with a diverse population in a collaborative, respectful manner with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills required.

  • Elaborar, actualizar y cumplir el programa de auditorías, velando por la ejecución rentable de los eventos de auditoría.
  • Elaborar las provisiones correspondientes a cada actividad desarrollada.

  • Dar seguimiento a la presentación de los planes de acción correctiva por parte del cliente.

  • Ejecutar el plan de auditorías level 1 y asignar los auditores en formación.
  • Apoyar el proceso de facturación del área de operaciones, asegurando que las facturas de los clientes a su cargo estén bien elaboradas y emitidas.
  • Elaborar los diferentes reportes requeridos para la operación.
  • Garantizar que los servicios prestados por la división y sus clientes cumplan con las expectativas y normativas en cuanto a tiempo, resultados, forma y alcance que respalde la solidez y el crecimiento de la organización.
  • Optimizar los recursos (humanos y materiales) para los eventos de la división.

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Guest Services, is responsible for assisting in leading the Texas Rangers Guest Services team. They will ensure delivery on our common purpose of using Texas Hospitality to create WOWments and Cherished Memories for each guest visiting Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium. Additionally, this position serves as the game day/event day operations manager for the Guest Services department. This individual will assist in the hiring, training, and coordination of the Guest Services team to maintain the highest level of Texas Hospitality throughout the Texas Rangers organization. This person provides vision, leadership, and direction in all aspects of the Guest Services department.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Serve as leader for the Guest Services department staff of over 400 Event Staff members by delivering on our service standards of Project Lonestar through hiring, training, staffing, and performance feedback.

  • Serves as “Manager on Duty” during events by preparing event day information, leading pre-shift meetings, and being the primary Guest Services point of contact during events.

  • Proactively and appropriately respond to staff and guests in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, and serve as an escalation point for staff and guest inquiries, concerns, and/or complaints.

  • Responsible for scheduling Guest Services Event Staff for Rangers Baseball games.

  • Oversees the Guest Services Supervisor Team, including conducting end-of-season employee evaluations.

  • Partner with the REV Entertainment team to ensure proper staffing for all non-baseball events.

  • Leads and develops the Guest Services Coordinator.

  • Manage department payroll for all Guest Services event staff.

  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources on recruiting efforts to maintain proper staffing levels.

  • Schedule and participate in all interviews for open part-time positions.

  • Manage the execution of all Guest Services Event Staff appreciation events and work closely with the Sr. Director, Guest Services, on event staff recognition initiatives.

  • Serves as the point of contact for all accessible services at Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium, including the sensory room, physical and non-physical needs for guests and staff.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, sports management, business administration, or related field required.  Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Experience managing a large number of Event Staff.

  • Previous management in the sports/entertainment venue, resort, hotel, or comparable hospitality environment.

  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, Tableau, Tickets.com, Scheduling Software, etc.) Ability to learn and learn new software programs.

  • Strong ability to work with a diverse population in a collaborative, respectful manner with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills required.

  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills required.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to handle a high volume of detailed work and ability to multitask and prioritize projects.

  • Ability to research and innovate as it relates to guest experience best practices.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to physically get around the ballpark as needed to assist guests (ADA Access available).
