Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do)
The Member Experience Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they generate value beyond mere coordination. This role demands accountability, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to the Project Management Process, including timely communication, structured planning, and rigorous execution
Responsibilities
•Ensure Full Accountability: Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they add value beyond basic coordination.
•Follow the Project Management Process: Adhere to established protocols, including timely brief confirmations, structured planning, and execution.
•Define Clear Objectives & Deliverables – Establish project goals, scope, deadlines, and key milestones, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
•Lead & Facilitate Communication – Act as the primary liaison between teams, ensuring clarity, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify risks, anticipate challenges, and propose data-driven solutions.
