General Summary:
The Editor position is responsible for supporting the content ops operation. Acerca del PNUD en Panamá
El PNUD fue fundado en 1965 como el brazo de la ONU para promover el desarrollo. Su creación es el resultado de la fusión del Programa Ampliado de las Naciones Unidas para la Asistencia Técnica (creado en 1949) y el Fondo Especial de las Naciones Unidas (establecido en 1958).

PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO:
El puesto tiene como propósito principal liderar la estrategia de comunicaciones del programa CALAPA así como diseñar el plan de comunicaciones vinculado al plan de incidencia del programa, y ejecutar las actividades programáticas conforme al Plan de Implementación Detallada (PID) y el plan de comunicaciones y ejecutar el presupuesto asignado a su área bajo un enfoque de seguridad y salvaguarda de la niñez, garantizando que los procesos que involucren a niñas, niños y adolescentes (NNA) respeten sus derechos y bienestar. La persona en este cargo desempeñará un papel esencial en la planificación y ejecución de las acciones a nivel comunitario, local y nacional, asegurando que los objetivos del proyecto se cumplan eficazmente en su área de competencia.
Entre las responsabilidades clave, se incluye liderar campañas del proyecto vinculándolas con iniciativas nacionales, así como apoyar acciones de comunicación y posicionamiento en redes sociales y plataformas interinstitucionales. Además, el puesto requiere realizar investigaciones formativas para identificar barreras y oportunidades para el cambio social y comportamental, utilizando datos para mejorar continuamente la calidad, el alcance y el impacto del programa.
El trabajo se basa en La Unión, pero requiere viajes ocasionales a San Salvador (aproximadamente dos veces al mes) para apoyar acciones nacionales. Se espera que la persona establezca y mantenga una comunicación proactiva con las direcciones de Operaciones y Programas, asegurando la planificación detallada, el cumplimiento de metas y la solución de retos que puedan surgir.
Finalmente, este puesto incluye la implementación de estrategias de comunicación y cambio social de comportamiento basadas en análisis de normas sociales y de género que influyen en los niveles individuales, familiares, comunitarios e institucionales. La persona será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPI de la organización, trabajando directamente con la Dirección de calidad e impacto de Programas y en estrecha colaboración con la Coordinación de Operaciones de Programas para lograr los objetivos establecidos.
ÁREAS CLAVES DE RENDICIÓN DE CUENTAS
1. Liderar y asegurar el soporte técnico en materia de cambio del comportamiento social y comunicaciones
1.1. Apoyar en la implementación de la estrategia de comunicación regional del Programa de Patrocinio, de acuerdo con sus lineamientos.
1.1.1. Liderar junto al equipo de la Gerencia la adaptación del cambio del comportamiento social y comunicaciones, según las normativas del programa de patrocinio.
1.1.2. Integrar los niveles del cambio social de comportamiento (sensibilización, aprendizaje, práctica e incidencia) en el marco lógico del programa de patrocinio.
1.1.3. Promover asistencia técnica en buenas prácticas comportamentales, adaptadas a las audiencias de cada territorio y a los objetivos a largo plazo del Programa de Patrocinio.
2. Proporcionar orientación técnica para la adaptación de mensajes, materiales y herramientas comunicacionales
2.1. Diseñar materiales y productos comunicacionales, considerando las características de las audiencias de los municipios de la zona norte de La Unión.
2.1.1. Proveer apoyo en la creación de piezas gráficas de alto impacto visual, alineadas con los lineamientos del proyecto y de la oficina global de Comunicaciones, a través del enlace de Patrocinio (Gerencia de Contenido Creativo global).
2.1.2. Evaluar el contenido a publicar en los canales de comunicación del proyecto, basándose en las normativas establecidas.
2.1.3. Trabajar con el equipo de campo para coordinar o recolectar directamente productos comunicacionales (historias escritas, videos, fotografías) siguiendo los lineamientos de calidad y fechas de Comunicaciones Globales y Patrocinio.
2.2. Coordinar y elaborar estudios de casos o historias de éxito, asegurando su correcta exposición en medios digitales e institucionales, cumpliendo los lineamientos de MEAL, la unidad de comunicaciones y el programa de patrocinio.
2.3. Asegurar que todas las actividades del Programa de Patrocinio promuevan una experiencia positiva para la niñez y adolescencia participante, en coordinación con el equipo Global de Patrocinio (GSO).
2.4. Planificar y brindar orientación y capacitación en recolección de datos y fotografía de calidad al personal de campo nuevo, y capacitación continua al personal existente.
3. Satisfacer los requerimientos y políticas de salvaguarda de la niñez
3.1 Cumplir con el código de conducta local y las normativas de procedimientos estipuladas por Save the Children International.
4. Apoyar en otras labores del área de trabajo
4.1. Brindar soporte según las solicitudes de la Gerencia de Operaciones de Programas y la Gerencia de Incidencia, Campaña y Comunicaciones, cumpliendo con los lineamientos regionales o globales.
